Q: Are Pupcakes suitable for humans?
A: Our Pupcakes are made as treats for canines.
They contain all natural, organic ingredients, so if someone accidentally tried one, they will be safe, (although the fish treats would leave quite an aftertaste!)
They do however contain either cheese or peanut butter, so if anyone has allerigies to either or both of these, please avoid tasting!
Q: How much notice do I need to place an order?
A: Orders are taken throughout the week, baking takes place on Thursday afternoons and deliveries are made on Fridays, in time for the weekend.
However, if you have a midweek gift crisis and need a pupcake pack stat- we can help you! 48 hours would be preferred, but we can get them to you in 24.
Q: Do you deliver to my area?
A: There is a $10 flat delivery fee for suburbs listed on the Delivery page. Suburbs that fall outside of this zone will have a $15 delivery fee.
Go to the Ordering tab and click on Pricing and Delivery to check out the map and see where your suburb falls.
Q: Where do I Pick up from?
A: We are canvassing Pooch Emporiums, Doggy Day carers and Groomers to provide a pick up service in your area.
Ask your favourite shop to become a Pupcake by Fi distributor.
Not only will it be a more cost effective way for you to get your Pupcakes, but 10% of proceeds will go to their favourite dog charity!
